Who we are

This website is run by 3B Services LLC dba EpoxyCrew, 313 N Farview Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652. Call (201) 483-4004 or email support@epoxycrew.com. When we call or text you, it comes from that number.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the details you enter: the type of space, ZIP code, approximate size, finish and color choices, notes, whether you want moving or storage help, your company name if you give one, and your name, email address and phone number. If you use the floor preview we also collect the photo you upload. Our contact form collects your email, message, and any name, phone or subject you add. If you become a customer we also keep the project address, the work we did, quotes, invoices and payment records, and our messages with you.

How we use it

We use these details to prepare your preview and estimate, to call or text you about it, to send you the estimate by email, to schedule a site visit and an installation if you go ahead, to invoice you, to answer your questions, and to honor your warranty. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

When you give us your phone number on the estimate form, or agree to texts when we talk, EpoxyCrew may text you about your project. The messages you can expect are:

• replies to your questions and follow-ups about your estimate;
• site visit and installation scheduling, and reminders before an appointment;
• quotes, invoices and payment receipts;
• updates while work is under way and when your floor is ready to use;
• occasionally, an offer or news about a service you asked about.

Message frequency varies. Most customers get a handful of texts around each estimate, visit or installation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (201) 483-4004 or email support@epoxycrew.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your estimate or your project; we reach you by phone or email instead. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Your phone number and your consent to text messages are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Where your information goes

The website runs on Vercel and stores estimate details in MongoDB Atlas. Photos you upload, and the renders we generate from them, are stored in Vercel Blob at unguessable public web addresses. To create the preview and the concrete assessment we send your photo to fal.ai and Anthropic, which process it and return the result. We send email through Resend. Fonts load from Google Fonts. We manage customers, scheduling, quotes, invoices and text messaging in Jobber, so your contact details and project notes are stored there as well. Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf under its own policy and only to provide its service to us.

If you ask for moving or storage help, we pass the details needed to arrange it to the provider named in your proposal. If you pay by card, your card details go to the payment processor named on your invoice; this website never receives them. We share information beyond this only when the law requires it.

Photos and previews

Previews are AI-generated approximations of a finish on your photo. They are not measurements or a product specification. Please do not include people or private documents in the photo you upload. Use a photo you have the right to use.

How we protect it

Your information travels over encrypted connections and sits on hosted services that encrypt stored data. Access to customer records is limited to the EpoxyCrew crew who need it to prepare your estimate or do the work, and the administrator area of this site is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@epoxycrew.com or call (201) 483-4004, and we confirm once it is done. We keep estimate details, photos and renders until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the project. Records we must keep for tax, warranty or legal reasons, such as invoices, stay for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a cookie to keep the administrator signed in. We do not use advertising trackers today. If we add advertising measurement later, we will update this page.

When you arrive from an ad or another website, your browser remembers which one: the ad's campaign tag or click reference, and the name of the referring site (never the full link). If you then ask for an estimate, we save that with your request so we know which advertising brings us customers. It stays in your browser otherwise, and you can clear it with your browsing data.
