What we install

We install two kinds of system. An epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat is the one we recommend for most garages: the epoxy bonds hard to the concrete and the polyaspartic top layer resists hot tires, road salt and sunlight. A full polyaspartic system cures faster, so you can park sooner, and costs more. We explain which one fits your floor in the quote.

Finishes are solid color or flake. Flake hides small flaws in the slab and gives grip. Solid color shows the room better and shows dirt sooner. You can see both on our finishes page and order sample tiles before you decide.

How the job goes

1. We look at the concrete. We check for moisture, cracks and old sealers, and measure the floor.
2. You get a written quote with the price, the system, the schedule and the warranty.
3. We grind the surface with diamond tooling and repair cracks that can be repaired. This step decides whether the floor lasts, so we do not skip it or shortcut it with acid etching.
4. We install the coating and tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.

Warranty

Every floor we install comes with a five-year warranty against peeling and lifting. The full wording is on your quote.
