A warranty
you can read first.
Every floor we install comes with a five-year warranty against peeling and lifting. It covers the bond between our coating and your concrete, and our workmanship: surface preparation, mixing and application.
It does not cover:
- Moisture or water vapor coming up through the slab, which we test for before we quote.
- Cracks, heaving or settling in the concrete itself.
- Cuts, gouges and impact damage, for example from dropped tools or dragged equipment.
- Staining or softening from solvents, battery acid or other chemicals left on the floor.
- Damage from another contractor's work on the floor.
